About the role
- Angular frontend developer building reusable applications for ELITS’ digital transformation consulting projects. Integrating REST services, testing code, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend features using Angular
- Build and enhance applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Create clean, reusable, and maintainable user interface components
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and OpenAPI-based services
- Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipeline quality
- Manage npm dependencies, including maintenance, version control, and security updates
- Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, and other engineering teams
- Troubleshoot issues, improve code quality, and support continuous improvement
- Contribute to practical use of AI-assisted development tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI-based services, and modern frontend development practices
- Familiarity with automated testing, preferably Playwright
- Good understanding of Git, npm, and CI/CD workflows
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, take ownership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with AI coding agents, command-line AI tools, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, UX design, Figma, design systems, accessibility, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, or telecom environments is an asset
- Canadian residency, including a valid work permit in Canada
- Communicative, positive, customer-oriented, analytical, logical, responsible, autonomous, resourceful, organized, proactive, and quality-focused
- Ability to coordinate and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
