About the role

  • Solutions Engineer implementing digital twins for Enaimco’s industrial asset lifecycle management platform. Auditing asset data, building virtual environments, and developing workflow tools for client onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the implementation process
  • Conduct data audits on raw client data, including P&IDs and asset lists
  • Map client data to customer environments and assess data quality to de-risk onboarding
  • Execute technical builds, including establishing asset hierarchies and constructing 2D maps and 3D models for virtual environments
  • Manage project scope by tracking out-of-scope requests
  • Lead technical stabilization efforts after go-live to support client sustainment
  • Build internal tools and scripts to improve implementation speed
  • Contribute to core product development
  • Build client relationships and collaborate with Client Success, Product, and Development teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in project engineering or project management
  • Experience reviewing or creating P&IDs or similar engineering drawings
  • Comfort analyzing, cleaning, and structuring messy data using databases, complex Excel files, or tag lists
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience leading technical working sessions and setting clear expectations
  • Track record of owning tasks end to end
  • Initiative to solve problems and document transparent, well-defined workflows
  • Ability to make informed decisions and reduce scope creep to meet go-live dates
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across Client Success, Product, and Development
  • Willingness to create tools and systems that improve processes
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
  • Experience with heavy industry, such as oil and gas, is a bonus
  • Experience with 2D mapping or 3D modelling environments, such as Blender and AutoCAD, is a bonus
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools, such as Notion and Loom, is a bonus
  • Basic programming or scripting skills, such as Python or JavaScript, are a bonus
