Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced engineers on a wide range of water resource projects
Support creation of drawings and designs for water resource projects including low impact development features
Assist with preparing stormwater management and floodplain assessment reports
Hydraulic calculations and hydrologic modelling
Co-ordinate with co-workers and regulatory agencies on assigned projects
Designing erosion and sediment control features and plans
Culvert and storm sewer system design and assessments
Requirements
A water resources or civil engineering technical degree/diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in water resources engineering
Understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D software would be an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Experience with HEC-RAS, Visual OTTHYMO, and PCSWMM, or other similar software would be an asset
Highly motivated, hardworking, and an enthusiastic team player
Ability to interact with clients is an essential core quality
