Senior AI Integration Developer responsible for building AI system integrations in insurance and investment products at Equisoft. Collaborating with product managers, AI/ML teams, fluidly managing integrations.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for Equisoft products, enabling secure, standardized connections between AI assistants and business data sources
Build robust API integrations with existing Equisoft products, creating seamless bridges between legacy systems and modern AI applications
Develop and orchestrate sophisticated agentic workflow systems that coordinate multiple AI agents for complex business processes including claims processing, underwriting, and customer service
Create comprehensive Python foundations for Equisoft product integrations, establishing reusable libraries, frameworks, and development patterns for AI system connectivity
Design and implement real-time data synchronization mechanisms between AI systems and core insurance platforms
Collaborate with product teams to identify integration opportunities and translate business requirements into technical AI integration solutions
Maintain and optimize existing integrations while ensuring data security, compliance, and performance standards
Develop automated testing frameworks and monitoring systems for AI integrations and workflow orchestrations
Research and prototype emerging AI integration technologies and protocols to keep Equisoft at the forefront of AI innovation
Work with DevOps teams to deploy AI integrations using containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
Document integration architectures, APIs, and workflow patterns for internal teams and external partners
Requirements
Technical Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or College Diploma combined with 4+ years of relevant software development experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development with strong focus on API development, system integrations, and workflow automation
Experience has a developer in a SaaS product environment
Experience with agentic AI frameworks and workflow orchestration tools (such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms)
Familiarity with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Redis) for asynchronous processing
Extensive Python programming experience with expertise in frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django for building scalable API services
Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, GraphQL, and modern integration patterns including webhooks, event-driven architectures, and microservices
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation or similar AI agent connectivity standards
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and their integration services (API Gateway, Event Grid, Pub/Sub)
Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling for integration scenarios
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth2, JWT, API keys) and security best practices
Adaptability to rapidly evolving AI technologies and integration patterns
Excellent knowledge of French & English (spoken and written).
