About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on proof-of-concept applications that demonstrate AI capabilities and validate use cases.
- Develop custom tools and integrations that make AI accessible to technical and non-technical teams alike.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to understand their needs and translate requirements into functional AI-powered solutions.
- Share knowledge about AI capabilities, best practices, and emerging technologies with the broader organization through documentation, demos, and hands-on support.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of software development experience with strong programming fundamentals
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and service integrations
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI/ML concepts
- Comfort with rapid iteration and working in ambiguous problem spaces
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience building with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration frameworks
- Background in building internal tools or developer platforms
- Experience with FastAPI, Express, or similar web frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM application patterns
