Responsibilities

Own the strategy for delivery data capture and instrumentation across all Development and IS teams
Identify waste, friction, and bottlenecks across the delivery lifecycle
Build and maintain productivity benchmarks using frameworks like DORA and SPACE
Model the ROI of productivity investments
Partner directly with Dev and IS Directors to embed data-informed thinking
Develop and maintain an executive-facing productivity trend dashboard
Identify innovation opportunities that can accelerate developer and IS effectiveness

Proven experience in an engineering effectiveness, developer productivity, or analytical operations role
Deep familiarity with productivity frameworks such as DORA, SPACE, or equivalent
Strong financial and ROI modelling skills
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
Experience working horizontally across engineering or IS organizations
Comfortable operating in ambiguity
