About the role
- AI and process automation specialist integrating agents and automation into EXFO’s telecommunications network solutions workflows. Connecting users, processes, data and systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with MLOps developers on the evolution of the agentic platform.
- Build and integrate AI agents, skills, IDWs, and AI solutions into business workflows and tools.
- Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with process owners and users to develop, test, and improve solutions.
- Design simple, reusable, scalable, and easy-to-maintain solutions.
- Apply security, privacy, permissions, auditability, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) requirements.
- Document integrations, dependencies, costs, limitations, operating procedures, and support requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Hands-on experience developing, integrating, or automating software solutions in a business environment.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, and agentic platforms.
- Ability to work directly with users and process owners to understand their needs and develop practical solutions.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach focused on simple, reusable, and rapidly deployable solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, UiPath, n8n, Zapier, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, or similar tools.
- Experience with change management or user training.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI security, privacy, and governance.
- Experience in a technology or industrial environment.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required.
