• Lead the development of robotic simulators — set up and extend simulation environments and test scenarios that mirror our production cells.
• Lead the effort in motion planning and optimization — develop and optimize motion-planning and collision-checking behaviors in ROS 2 / MoveIt2.
• Develop perception components — implement object detection, pose estimation, and point-cloud processing tasks for material handling and inspection.
• Write clean, tested code — produce well-documented C++ and Python, backed by unit and integration tests.
• Debug integration issues — help troubleshoot software–hardware issues alongside the robotics and hardware teams.
