CRM Marketing Specialist driving personalized email, SMS, and push campaigns for an international sports league. Optimizing fan journeys through segmentation, testing, analytics, and automation.
Responsibilities
Drive product, contact, and creative strategies for large-scale CRM campaigns using machine learning, predictive modeling, and personalized content
Manage and execute the marketing campaign process from request submission through deployment, focusing on email, SMS, and push channels
Perform audience segmentation and execution
QA touchpoints, personalization elements, and dynamic content
Build and deploy campaigns
Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve fan strategies and conversion rates
Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns, including onboarding and reactivation, using insights, analytics, and automation tools to increase fan LTV
Extract insights and learnings for future optimization and template efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to develop campaign strategies that meet performance targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of similar or relevant work experience
Experience with CRM tools, including Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging, Movable Ink, and Attentive preferred
Working knowledge of enterprise-level marketing automation platforms, including Adobe AEP, AJO, CJA, Campaign, Marketo, or SFMC
HTML editing and working knowledge required to make template edits
Deep understanding of channel KPIs, A/B testing, metrics, and reporting
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
Proficiency in Photoshop
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Strong communication skills
Strong project and time management skills, with high standards of accuracy and organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced production schedule with fluctuating workload
Ability to collaborate and manage dependencies with team members supporting campaign launches
Passion for innovation and solving difficult challenges
Passion for sports is a plus
