About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan fieldwork in collaboration with project managers
- Participate in various technical studies as required by the team (preparing service proposals, developing laboratory testing programs, compiling and analyzing data)
- Supervise drilling and excavation operations
- Prepare site reports
- Perform qualitative soil descriptions
- Carry out any other duties related to the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, mining engineering, or a related field
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of conventional geotechnical engineering
- Strong proficiency in soil identification
- ASP card – Occupational Health and Safety for Construction Sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation for site travel.
