About the role
- AI Agent Implementation Specialist building AI agents and administering Marketo for Extreme Networks’ cloud-driven networking solutions. Supporting MarTech integrations, campaign workflows, troubleshooting, and marketing automation across US time zones.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases in partnership with cross-functional marketing teams
- Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations
- Ensure Marketo platform health and performance optimization
- Support MarTech integrations connecting Marketo with CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms
- Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing Management teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Maintain documentation and provide enablement and training for AI agent adoption, Marketo configurations, and integrations
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AI agents and the Marketo platform
- Provide timely support to marketing teams
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems
- 2–3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
- Working knowledge of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
