About the role

  • GTM planning manager shaping forecasting, territories, quotas, and executive reporting for FacilityOS, a unified facilities operations platform. Partnering across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to convert revenue data into growth decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual GTM planning, including capacity, productivity, and revenue modeling, target setting, and compensation design
  • Design and optimize territories and quota allocations across products, regions, and channels
  • Own forecasting and pipeline analytics, proactively identifying business risks and opportunities
  • Translate data into narratives that inform GTM strategy and executive decisions
  • Develop cross-product and cross-segment revenue insights, surfacing performance trends and whitespace
  • Support executive and board-level reporting connecting operational performance to strategic outcomes
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product/GTM teams to align planning and reporting frameworks
  • Champion a proactive, intelligence-led RevOps culture
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline forecasting, data analysis, and scenario planning

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or GTM Planning within a B2B SaaS or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills in Excel
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI or equivalent BI tools
  • Demonstrated experience in sales target design, territory management, and forecasting
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and decisions
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to partner with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Experience with financial planning tools/Territory Planning such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Cube, or Salesforce Sales Planning is preferred
  • Exposure to partner/channel sales analytics or international GTM planning is preferred
  • Background in managing or supporting incentive compensation programs is preferred
  • Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments is preferred
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
