About the role

  • Bilingual Business Development Representative selling Fatigue Science’s predictive fatigue-management SaaS in Vancouver. Generating qualified leads, supporting sales demonstrations, and managing CRM and demand-generation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities through cold calls and emails and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Generate customer leads and initiate sales calls to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Leverage and maintain sales enablement tools throughout the sales process
  • Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, assist in defining deliverables, and summarize outcomes
  • Assist with presentations for prospect and client meetings and conferences
  • Conduct research for proposals and market development activities
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound prospects into sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual lead-generation and activity quotas
  • Support Salesforce CRM administration, process and data management, and training
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams on demand-generation activities including trade shows, webinars, and workshops
  • Summarize opportunity status for the appropriate Account Executives
  • Report to the VP, Revenue and support Fatigue Science's go-to-market strategy for its predictive analytics and fatigue risk management SaaS solutions

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and verbal
  • SaaS software sales process knowledge and experience
  • Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM experience
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Previous inbound/outbound sales or related sales experience
  • Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly organized
  • Time management skills
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement of 2-3 days a week in the office
