Responsibilities
Implement automated flows with Power Automate to optimize business processes
Participate in governance, security, documentation and quality control activities for developed applications
Structure data and business logic in Dataverse, with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central entities
Collaborate with business analysts and IT managers to identify use cases
Document, secure and maintain delivered solutions following Microsoft best practices
Advise the IT team on best practices for using the Power Platform
Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to meet internal needs
Contribute to integrations with Business Central, including process optimization (Dataflows, connectors, automation)
Provide technical support to internal users during deployment and solution evolution phases
Stay current with platform updates and propose relevant innovations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Proficiency with technologies and tools (Git, Azure DevOps, SharePoint)
Experience with integrations with Business Central (connectors, web services, APIs) is an asset
Functional understanding of common business processes (accounting, HR, operations, etc.)
Knowledge of Power BI, preferably with data modeling experience
Experience with standard and custom connectors, permissions, and platform administration
Knowledge of SDKs and ETL is an asset
Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users
Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
