• Build and maintain a unified production testing roadmap covering new products, product launches, mass production support, and infrastructure improvements
• Lead the engineering team, allocate resources, develop team capabilities, and balance urgent production issues with planned work
• Coordinate dependencies across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and other teams, identifying risks and blockers early
• Define production testing strategies and acceptance criteria
• Oversee development and maintenance of test fixtures, equipment, software, and infrastructure, including for Flipper One
• Coordinate test deployment at factories and maintain up-to-date instructions and test result monitoring
