About the role

  • Growth Product Manager owning Float’s self-serve acquisition and activation experience. Running rapid experiments and new channels for Canadian businesses using Float’s financial operating system.

Responsibilities

  • Own Float's self-serve acquisition and activation experience end to end, from first touch to an activated customer
  • Build and run a high-volume experiment program across the self-serve surface
  • Decide what to test, how to test it, and what each result means
  • Take new acquisition channels and segments from an idea to something repeatable
  • Work day to day with a dedicated engineering and design team
  • Prioritize and defend a backlog exceeding team capacity
  • Use AI to prototype, ship, and learn faster
  • Synthesize input from product, engineering, design, risk, operations, and go-to-market into one coherent plan
  • Share learnings across the company so other teams can act on them

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management, including meaningful time on a growth, self-serve, or product-led surface
  • Hands-on experimentation experience running tests on a live product and identifying what moved
  • Fluency with more than one type of experiment
  • Judgment to select the appropriate experiment for a given question
  • Strong prioritization instincts supported by explainable reasoning
  • Product craft covering happy paths and edge cases
  • Clear, concise communication adaptable to engineers and senior leaders
  • Practical daily use of AI for building, prototyping, and learning
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Currently residing in Canada
