About the role

  • Product Manager improving card activation and automated provisioning for Float’s Canadian financial operating system. Owning mid-market adoption metrics, roadmap delivery, and workflow optimization across product, design, engineering, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own active cardholder penetration for mid-market accounts
  • Own features end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Translate customer and business problems into requirements and user stories
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality workflows
  • Manage dependencies, scope trade-offs, and delivery risks
  • Own and sequence the squad roadmap within a defined mission and metric
  • Defend roadmap prioritization and communicate trade-offs and impact
  • Balance speed, quality, and commercial priorities
  • Interview admins, HR, and operations teams and collaborate with Sales and CX
  • Identify and remove friction in B2B workflows, including permissions, bulk actions, integrations, and onboarding
  • Define and track success metrics, establish baselines, and instrument Action Item completion
  • Analyze funnels and experiments to guide iteration
  • Use AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, and planning
  • Identify and evaluate responsible AI use cases in provisioning and activation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS product management experience in a startup or scale-up
  • Experience owning features end-to-end with measurable impact
  • Strong product fundamentals and customer-focused workflow analysis
  • Ability to take responsibility for outcomes and manage risks
  • Comfort with metrics, funnels, and experimentation
  • SQL familiarity or strong partnership with data teams
  • Strong product judgment, including design evaluation, workflows, and edge cases
  • Ability to partner effectively with Design and Engineering
  • Coachability, fast learning, resilience in ambiguity, and a high-growth mindset
  • Curiosity about AI and willingness to use modern tools
  • Nice to have: fintech, spend management, or financial operations product experience
  • Nice to have: SMB or mid-market B2B SaaS experience
  • Nice to have: exposure to HRIS, SCIM, SSO, provisioning systems, permissions, or bulk operations
  • Nice to have: activation, onboarding, or growth-style product experience
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Currently residing in Canada
