Responsibilities
Program Rotations: The program is designed for recent post-secondary graduates to fast-track your career in automotive finance through various internal rotations.
Rotation 1: Business Center Operations: Develop a proficient understanding of the automotive finance industry, including credit underwriting for consumers.
Rotation 2: Sales Operations: Enhance your operational knowledge and build core competencies of our dealer-facing sales team.
Career Development: Regular interactions with leaders and departments across the company, onboarding support, and a clear path to upward mobility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in fields of: Business/Commerce, (including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Management), Communications/Public Relations, Organizational Development, Economics, or related fields.
Oral and written proficiency in English and French
Upon completion of the program, you must be willing to relocate to one of our key field locations across Canada (Relocation assistance will be provided)
