About the role

Senior Developer, DevOps designing and scaling infrastructure at Fullscript. Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance reliability, security, and performance of the platform.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure using AWS (ECS, RDS, and related services)
Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, secure software delivery
Improve system observability using tools such as Datadog, Sentry, and Coralogix
Enable a seamless developer experience by improving tooling, workflows, and platform usability
Collaborate with engineering teams to support fast, safe, and reliable deployments
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability improvements
Document infrastructure and share knowledge to improve long-term maintainability

5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles
Strong experience with AWS services, particularly ECS and RDS
Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or Coralogix
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, reliability, and performance optimization
Proficiency with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
Clear communication skills and the ability to document complex systems
Bonus if you have experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or container orchestration tools
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript applications
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration
