About the role
- Co-Founder & CEO leading HawkAI, which builds autonomous AI communication agents for US freight and logistics operators. Setting strategy, winning enterprise pilots, shipping integrations, raising seed capital, and building the founding team.
Responsibilities
- Set the venture's direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CEO
- Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning across freight brokerages, 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse operators
- Lead pilots with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages and convert them to paid engagements
- Build the go-to-market motion targeting Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback
- Focus product development on TMS and load board integrations, conversational AI quality, and autonomous workflow execution
- Lead the seed fundraising round with FutureSight's support
- Recruit and lead the founding team
- Establish the company's cultural foundation
Requirements
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement
- Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company
- Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries
- Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs
- Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note explaining why the venture aligns with the applicant's goals as a founder
