About the role
- Co-Founder & CEO building LucentAI, FutureSight’s AI-native litigation operations venture for insurance-defence firms. Leading customer pilots, product delivery, fundraising, and founding-team recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Set the venture's direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CEO
- Refine the ideal customer profile, size-tiered pricing model, and product positioning
- Lead pilots with managing partners and claims/litigation-operations leads at small-to-mid insurance-defence firms
- Convert design partners into paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion
- Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1
- Iterate the product based on user feedback, including records retrieval, key-fact flagging, billing-reasonableness analysis, and discovery triage
- Sequence carrier reserving and prediction as a later phase
- Lead the seed raise with support from FutureSight's network and traction
- Recruit and lead the founding team
- Establish the company's cultural foundation
Requirements
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
- Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market
- Consultative, relationship-driven sales and customer engagement experience
- Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company
- Deep expertise in insurance defence or claims operations, including pre-litigation records and discovery, legal billing review, and litigation case management
- Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note explaining alignment with the venture's goals
