About the role
- Co-Founder & CEO leading Weli AI, an embedded intelligence layer for wealth advisors. Driving strategy, pilots, product development, fundraising, and founding-team growth with FutureSight.
Responsibilities
- Set the venture's direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CEO
- Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
- Lead pilots with independent RIAs, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion
- Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback
- Lead the seed fundraising round with support from FutureSight's network and traction
- Recruit and lead the founding team
- Establish the company's cultural foundation
Requirements
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement
- Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company
- Direct exposure to WealthTech and AI agents/LLMs
- Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining why the venture aligns with the candidate's founder goals
