About the role

Team Leader focusing on managing developers and products in Genetec's Security Center SaaS. Leading and supporting teams to ensure delivery and efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of developers and testers, fostering engagement, growth, and accountability
Plan, coordinate, and track the team’s work to meet delivery commitments
Translate product direction and organizational priorities into clear, actionable plans
Continuously improve team processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
Facilitate collaboration within the team and with partner teams
Identify and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies that affect delivery or the team’s health
Ensure accountability for the quality, reliability, and operational readiness of the team’s deliverables
Support incident response and escalation as needed, and coordinate follow-ups and improvements
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support through one-on-one meetings and goal setting
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives in collaboration with your manager

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience leading teams in a software development environment
Strong interest in leadership, project management, and continuous improvement
Comfortable coordinating work across different roles and disciplines
Able to balance delivery constraints with healthy, sustainable team practices
Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
Analytical mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach
Collaborative leader who builds trust, alignment, and ownership
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role involves interaction with our international colleagues and clients)
