Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI-powered products end-to-end
- Build and manage a fleet of agents
- Design technical systems that multiply team output
- Help us build the Agentic Legal Framework and our Knowledge Intelligence Platform
- Safeguard the team’s future by elevating engineering from individual contribution to 10x team output
- Own technical design from first principles, use design patterns deliberately and architect scalable Node.js systems
- Build, deploy and maintain subagents, improving agentic effectiveness and design workflows that scale with agents
- Own features from ideation -> architecture -> implementation -> shipping and move beyond ‘frontend’ or ‘backend’ silos
- Backcast from product outcomes and build most of the solution at once, share knowledge openly, elevate peers and design for collective intelligence
- Contribute to core strategic initiatives: Agentic Legal Framework, Knowledge Intelligence Platform, AIOps evolution

- Strong Node.js experience
- Backend experience with frontend exposure or full-stack experience
- Strong technical design capability
- Deep understanding of design patterns
- Experience experimenting with coding co-pilots / AI coding tools
