About the role

  • Client Success Coordinator supporting Maple, Canada's on-demand healthcare platform, with government and health-system partnerships. Coordinating meetings, reporting, eligibility workflows and provider operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate partner meetings end-to-end, including agendas, preparation, participation, action-item tracking and follow-up
  • Own recurring partner reporting workflows using automated and manual sources and surface relevant insights
  • Process and review manual partner eligibility files and support eligibility issue resolution
  • Connect Health System Partnerships with Provider Network Operations on provider-related matters
  • Triage provider-related partner questions to the appropriate internal team
  • Maintain accurate partner information in Salesforce CRM and keep program documentation current
  • Maintain shared documentation, templates, playbooks and SOPs
  • Coordinate operational components of onboarding for new Health System Partnerships team members
  • Provide day-to-day partner support by troubleshooting and coordinating escalated issues
  • Support eligibility inquiries for Maple's Customer Support Team and partner-raised questions
  • Collect, organize and share partner and patient feedback for action by appropriate owners
  • Support process-improvement initiatives that reduce administrative burden and create team capacity
  • Build expertise in Maple's tools, systems, partner programs and the collaboration model with Provider Network Operations
  • Deliver at least one meaningful team-enablement improvement within the first 12–18 months

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a client-facing role, such as client success, account coordination, customer support or account management
  • An undergraduate degree in business, health administration, public health, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening and timely follow-through
  • Proactive, highly organized way of working
  • Strong attention to detail across documents, data and processes
  • Comfort collaborating across teams
  • Ability to learn new platforms quickly, including AI tools
  • Confidence working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
  • Criminal record check (EPIC) and identity verification required as a condition of employment
  • Additional employment or education verification may be conducted depending on role requirements
  • Bonus: bilingual English and French; interest in public health or healthcare experience; CRM experience ideally Salesforce; Asana experience; process documentation and operations improvement background
