About the role

  • Senior Product Partnerships Manager expanding Maple’s on-demand healthcare platform through strategic partnerships. Managing contracts, integrations, partner performance, and healthcare ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own each partnership across its full lifecycle, from evaluating and sourcing opportunities through negotiation, integration, relationship management, contract management, and performance monitoring
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new partnership opportunities
  • Triage inbound interest, coordinate outreach and introductory conversations, and evaluate priority market segments
  • Drive partnership workstreams for Product, Clinical, and BD initiatives
  • Identify, contract, and coordinate integration of new partners into Maple's product and operations
  • Act as project manager for partner integrations as needed
  • Own contracting end-to-end and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Manage active partnerships, including relationships, commercial terms, contract compliance, payments, and performance
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key partners
  • Support financial, strategic, and operational evaluation of target companies
  • Prepare opportunity assessments for executive review
  • Represent Maple externally with senior executives of current and prospective partners
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on diligence, launches, and ongoing management
  • Build knowledge of the partnership portfolio and Maple's business and strategy
  • Lead renewals, expansions, wind-downs, new partner launches, integration, launch coordination, post-launch monitoring, and pipeline assessment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or healthtech
  • 3+ years directly owning the full partnership lifecycle, including sourcing and negotiating a deal, driving integration, and personally managing the relationship long-term
  • Demonstrated success operating in a product-driven organization and understanding how external partners plug into internal product roadmaps and business goals
  • Executive-level presence and confidence representing Maple with external CEOs, Founders, and C-suite leaders
  • High-empathy communication and strong interpersonal instincts
  • Experience actively managing a portfolio of existing partners, including contract performance, renewals, business payment compliance, and offboarding
  • Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities, weigh strategic, operational, and financial trade-offs, and present clear recommendations to leadership
  • Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders to drive project management and execution of new partner integrations
  • Employment subject to a criminal record check (EPIC) and identity verification; additional employment or education verification may be conducted depending on role requirements
