Responsibilities

  • Join GE Vernova's pioneering Nuclear Risk-Informed Maintenance (RIM) Engineering team
  • Develop maintenance strategies for transformational advanced reactor design
  • Lead a team delivering technical foundation for next-generation nuclear energy
  • Drive team execution using agile methodologies
  • Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality technical work
  • Mentor the next generation of nuclear engineers
  • Collaborate across design, systems engineering, and operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline (such as Nuclear, Mechanical, or related field) from an accredited college or university
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience related to commercial Nuclear Plant Maintenance, Operations, PRA, Reliability Programs, asset management, or system design engineering
  • Familiarity with maintenance engineering concepts (preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, RCM principles, FMEA)
  • Experience leading teams or projects in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
  • Strong capabilities in both qualitative and quantitative risk assessments
  • Effective at interpreting complex engineering data to derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar agile tracking tools
