Responsibilities
- Promote the AAA portfolio and execute strategic plans to expand activities within targeted segments and key accounts
- Present technical solutions and demonstrations to customers and channel partners
- Train internal teams on AAA offerings
- Define and design technical architectures and standardized solutions for key markets and customers
- Support Sales and Tendering teams in presales activities and service offer preparation
- Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs, emerging technologies, and market trends
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Power Management Systems (industrial or utility), DER integration, or Microgrid Control Systems
- Proven experience in analyzing and responding to customer RFQs
- Proven background in Design and Engineering
- Expertise in SCADA systems and communication protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, and MQTT
- Good understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Italian, Russian) are valued
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to successfully pass a background check
