About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead Go/No Go (GNG) evaluations, kickoff meetings, schedules, templates, and daily coordination of proposals for designated potential engagements.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, coordinate content provider groups, and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- Manage cross-functional proposal teams including coordinators, graphic support teams, and technical contributors.
- Create major proposal sections, facilitate reviews, and manage production through to final submission.
- Conduct interviews, preparatory planning, debriefs, and lessons learned sessions for major potential engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience leading the development of service proposals.
- Demonstrated success managing larger, more strategic potential engagements in the federal environment.
