About the role
- Implementation Specialist at ACTIVE Network delivering technical solutions across enterprise software platforms. Engaging clients throughout North America with a focus on hardware, software, and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with ACTIVE and client project stakeholders
- Design and Implement hardware, software, and data integration solutions with customers that satisfy their business needs
- Coordinate all day-to-day details for implementations
- Develop and manage technology deployment strategies
- Develop and deploy end user training plan applicable
- Work with Project Manager to execute implementations according to plan
- Work with Project Consultants to coordinate functional requirements with deliverables
- Work with Support Analysts to facilitate handoff as project closes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or technical diploma
- Proven experience handling enterprise level customer projects
- 2+ years of software deployment experience is an asset
- Business experience in one or more of the following markets is an asset: Ski & Attractions, Government, Parks and Recreation, Education, Not for Profit, Endurance, Sports.
- Technical experience with computer and network architecture, database schematics, APIs, and SQL.
- Certifications or professional designations in this area are an asset.
- Project management experience
- Experience with ACTIVE’s software solutions are an asset
- Understand and communicate accounting best practices
