About the role

National Field Training Audiologist delivering hearing-aid product training and technical support. Supporting GN ReSound sales, customer development, and new product launches across Canada.

Responsibilities

Contribute to GN ReSound sales and profitability objectives through audiological and technical training
Provide ongoing in-clinic training sessions, training seminars, and demo days
Convey product knowledge and update customers on new hearing aid technology
Support new customer development through team selling and product demonstrations
Provide training support for all new customers
Monitor regional data to reduce returns, repairs, and remakes
Provide technical response and support to customers in the assigned region
Cover the technical support queue as required
Support new product launches for new and existing customers
Develop regional distribution strategy with Regional Sales Managers
Communicate relevant account information to sales and sales management personnel
Provide internal training and product support for Regional Sales Managers and in-house personnel
Contribute to development of training courses and related materials
Maintain customer profiles and account records
Complete sales and corporate reporting requirements
Maintain expenses within corporate guidelines
Maintain company equipment

Master's Degree in Audiology
Strong experience with hearing instruments
Previous work experience within the hearing aid industry
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Must maintain good standing with professional regulatory body, including Continuing Education Units (CEU)
Staying current with technology and market trends
Willingness and ability to travel 80% throughout Canada
