Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations for hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, attractions, and guides
- Develop and implement vendor negotiation strategies
- Confirm agreements adhere to company terms, conditions, and quality standards
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships across contracted tour components
- Address vendor-related challenges, including add dates, custom requests, and operational needs
- Build partnerships supporting consistent delivery of tour excellence
- Achieve contracting goals aligned with the company's financial plan and competitive positioning
- Secure inventory for tour operations and business planning
- Support departments with contracting-related issues and solutions
- Research and prepare for in-destination contracting meetings
- Collaborate with Product Management to evaluate excellence results and implement improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders on product and operational strategies
- Explore and leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve processes, content, and efficiency
