About the role
- Web Administrator & Developer overseeing digital platforms for Good News Broadcasting Association. Responsible for website maintenance, multimedia delivery, and e-commerce functionality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage at least two ministry websites (updates, security, performance, uptime)
- Oversee multimedia content delivery (audio programs, podcasts, video, devotionals)
- Manage e-commerce store functionality, product updates, and user experience
- Maintain and monitor online donation systems and platform integrations
- Track analytics, engagement, and website effectiveness
- Implement ongoing improvements to usability, SEO, and site efficiency
- Manage integrations with CRM, email marketing, hosting, and third-party platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Ensure website security, data protection, backups, and system reliability
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in website administration or web management
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Experience with online donations and/or e-commerce platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with multimedia hosting (audio, video, podcast delivery)
- Working knowledge of analytics, SEO, and website optimization
- Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Supportive of the mission and values of a Christian ministry
- Eligible to work in Canada (You are a Canadian Citizen, Landed Immigrant of Canada, Permanent Canadian Resident or you have a current Work Visa for Canada)
