About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide general secretarial support
  • Participate in managing the list of individuals awaiting an organ transplant
  • Contribute to the preparation and compliance of donor files
  • Support the follow-up of events and incidents within the Nursing Care and Facility Support Directorate
  • Contribute to the preparation and distribution of documentation
  • Apply procedures related to assigned tasks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and risk prevention
  • Help foster an engaging work environment focused on communication, collaboration, consultation, and active participation
  • Inform supervisors and colleagues about processes, results, and actions taken
  • Assist with the administrative and secretarial management of clinical services
  • Maintain the waiting list and ensure the compliance of clinical-administrative files
  • Conduct various clinical follow-ups and communications
  • Work closely with the clinical team, the Directorate’s management team, and internal and external partners
  • Perform all other related duties

Requirements

  • Vocational diploma (DEP) with a specialization in secretarial studies or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience in clinical secretarial work
  • Knowledge of the health and social services network is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency with Outlook
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Good working knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of videoconferencing tools, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to establish priorities
