About the role
- Talent Manager growing creators’ audiences and monetizing their content for Grail Talent, an influencer management agency. Negotiating brand deals and shaping social media campaign strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale influencer portfolios
- Help creators grow their platform presence and secure brand deals
- Scout and sign new creators, including emerging and established influencers
- Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns
- Negotiate deals with brands and record labels
- Develop content strategies for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape overall strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster
- Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote environment
Requirements
- Already very familiar with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda
- Willingness to hustle to get the job done
- Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a bonus
