Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects, from planning through billing
Plan work and monitor ongoing projects (schedule and budget)
Coordinate project execution across multiple construction sites
Oversee the quality of work performed by field technicians
Validate and compile test results performed on-site and in the laboratory
Verify certificates of conformity that the contractor intends to use to confirm compliance with plans and specifications
Draft and approve technical reports
Keep clients and your supervisor informed about project progress and maintain excellent customer service
Track project budgets and expenditures
Attend project meetings (via Microsoft Teams or in person).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years as a fully licensed engineer (OIQ)
Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Relevant experience in field materials testing/control is an asset
Fluency in French, both spoken and written
ASP Construction card
Valid driver’s license
Proficient in MS Office suite.
