About the role

Chargé de projets en ingénierie des matériaux pour le Groupe ABS. Responsable de la planification et de la qualité des travaux.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects, from planning through invoicing
Plan and schedule work and monitor ongoing projects (timelines and budgets)
Coordinate project execution across multiple sites
Oversee the quality of work performed by field technicians
Validate and compile test results from field and laboratory testing
Review contractors' certificates of conformity to verify compliance with plans and specifications
Prepare and approve technical reports
Update clients and supervisors on project progress and maintain excellent client service
Track and manage project budgets
Attend project meetings (via Microsoft Teams or in person).

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years as a licensed professional engineer (full member)
Active member in good standing with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Relevant experience in construction materials testing/quality control is an asset
Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
ASP Construction card (site safety card)
Valid driver's license
Proficient with the MS Office suite.
