Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects, from planning through to invoicing
Ensure work planning and monitoring of ongoing projects (schedule and budget)
Coordinate project execution across various construction sites
Oversee the quality of work carried out by site technicians
Validate and compile test results conducted on site and in the laboratory
Verify the certificates of conformity the contractor plans to use, ensuring they comply with the plans and specifications
Prepare and approve technical reports
Inform clients and your supervisor on project progress and maintain excellent customer service
Track project budgets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years as a fully licensed professional engineer (OIQ)
Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Relevant experience in on-site materials testing/quality control is an asset
Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
ASP Construction card
Valid driver’s license
Proficient with MS Office suite
