Responsibilities
- Complete an approximately three-year rotational program
- Rotate through warehouse and inventory operations, customer service and counter sales, inside sales, outside sales, purchasing, customer relationship management, operational planning, financial and business performance, team leadership, employee development, branch profitability, and decision-making
- Gain a complete understanding of how a Guillevin Business Centre operates
- Build practical experience with mentorship and support from experienced managers
- Prepare for future leadership opportunities, including managing existing and new Business Centres in Ontario
- Take ownership of people, customers, sales, operations, and profitability
- Develop toward potential roles including Business Centre Manager, Outside Sales/Account Management, Inside Sales, Operations Management, and Project Management
Requirements
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027, or a recent graduate
- Students and recent graduates from all majors and academic backgrounds welcomed
- Previous completion of a college or university program welcomed
- Interest in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain & Operations, Entrepreneurship, Sales, or Marketing programs
- Interest in sales, operations, and business management
- Ambitious and motivated to grow into leadership
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership
