• Advise leadership on employee, organizational, and legal matters
• Create tools and documents to help franchisees manage their human resources
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees across the network, supporting their day-to-day HR management needs
• Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and partners to facilitate the group’s overall HR management
• Develop relevant partnerships and initiatives to support HR management across the network
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and standards in Quebec and Canada
• Draft and update HR policies and tools governing applicable legislation and policies
• Identify, prioritize, and address instances of non-compliance with provincial legislation applicable to human resources management
• Oversee and participate in the full staffing process, including job design, workforce planning, recruitment, candidate selection, onboarding, and integration
• Support franchisees with compensation, benefits, salary structures, and pay equity requirements
• Participate in industry events
• Support the organizational culture and employer brand
• Perform other related duties
