About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs through offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Resources teams to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and generate interest
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen and assess candidates using structured, job-related selection criteria
  • Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruitment progress updates
  • Support offer development, approvals, negotiations, and candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system data
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, the candidate experience, and hiring outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle and working directly with hiring managers
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
  • Experience sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to leverage recruitment data and analytics to drive results and inform decision-making
  • Professional fluency in English and French, both spoken and written, with the ability to effectively support candidates and leaders in a bilingual environment
  • Recruitment experience in manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, engineering, technical, or administrative functions is an asset
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other candidate sourcing tools is an asset
  • Human resources or recruitment certification is an asset
  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is an asset
