About the role

  • Change Management Advisor guiding enterprise-wide transformation at iA Financial Group, a Canadian insurance and wealth management provider. Driving stakeholder readiness, communications, and sustainable adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the program’s vision, strategic objectives, priorities, and business needs
  • Assess organizational and human impacts associated with transformation initiatives
  • Provide change management expertise and leadership
  • Support partners in defining needs and implementing solutions for sustainable adoption
  • Collaborate with sponsors, managers, initiative leaders, project teams, Talent & Culture partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop, lead, and execute change management strategies
  • Conduct and consolidate stakeholder and impact assessments
  • Evaluate cumulative change impacts, human-related risks, and organizational readiness
  • Develop strategies, plans, and interventions for engagement, communications, training, risk management, and adoption monitoring
  • Participate in program governance forums
  • Influence adoption-related decisions and integrate change management perspectives
  • Structure and communicate key change messages
  • Support communications and governance materials
  • Coach leaders as change champions
  • Identify interdependencies across initiatives and align with change management specialists
  • Ensure consistent application of change management best practices

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in complex environments
  • Impactful leadership and strong political acumen
  • Ability to influence sponsors, managers, and project teams
  • Experience developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, synthesis, and message development skills
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management within a large organization, including organizational transformation initiatives or complex programs
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced level of French
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Ability to regularly prepare documentation in English
