About the role

  • Change Management Supervisor leading organizational change and technology transformation projects for RSM’s professional-services clients. Optimizing finance functions, stakeholder adoption, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects optimizing elements of the finance function, including readiness assessments, business process improvement, shared services implementation, business case development, technology deployment, CCRAs, PCT surveys, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training plans, and transformation activities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in transformation and change management, including supporting people, process, and technology
  • Apply change management methodologies including Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s, and William Bridges
  • Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and budget
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep clients informed of progress and expected outcomes
  • Understand firm capabilities and expand client service across lines of business
  • Develop industry specialization and drive targeting, marketing, and training activities
  • Build client relationships and deliver quality client services across concurrent projects
  • Identify additional client opportunities and manage the business development process
  • Assist in developing new products, solutions, and deliverables for the OCM transformation environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience working in a large organization or professional services firm
  • 1 year experience leading and managing project teams from sales to project closure
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Executive presence and understanding of stakeholder/client relationship management
  • Ability to travel >50% locally and internationally
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve productivity and quality of work
  • Strong understanding of AI limitations, risks, and responsible use practices
  • Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs
  • Experience integrating AI into daily workflows and business processes
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay current with emerging AI capabilities
  • Fluent in French preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Prosci Change Management Certification, CCMP (ACMP), or APMG Change Management Practitioner preferred
