Responsibilities

  • Enter into the compensation system a variety of transactions and operations related to the payment of compensation for the sales force such as lump-sum payments, payment authorizations, the creation of savings deductions and various remittances
  • Enter changes to representatives files that have an impact on compensation
  • Perform digital archiving
  • Collaborate with other team members in the process of correcting commission transactions
  • Follow up on files related to contracting agents and collaborate with external partners to obtain the required information

Requirements

  • Is recognized for their attention to detail and proactivity
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills
  • Has 2 years of experience in administration, accounting or a related field
  • Holds a diploma in a relevant field
