About the role

  • Career Network Specialist providing customer service support primarily over the phone for iA Financial Group. Ensuring issue resolution and administrative validation for individual insurance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Respond accurately to requests, primarily by phone, to support the sales force in administrative processes related to individual insurance
  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues and the required administrative validations
  • Handle occasionally complex cases while working closely with manufacturing teams
  • Validate that firm files (client files) are complete and compliant
  • Keep up to date through continuous training on new internal policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Holds a college diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Comfortable with new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to build trust with key stakeholders
  • Known for adaptability to change, a positive team spirit, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn
  • Advanced level of English
