About the role

  • Salesforce Expert Advisor optimizing CRM adoption and collaborating with Agency and Sales Directors. Supporting teams in adopting new practices and providing field expertise in Salesforce usage.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a field reference for the use of Salesforce
  • Work closely with Agency Directors and Sales Directors
  • Respond to complex questions from Assistant Directors and Sales Directors
  • Serve as a strategic link between agencies and the CRM team
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Product Manager
  • Measure Salesforce adoption and performance
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce features

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Salesforce-related role
  • Strong functional expertise in Salesforce, particularly in reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in English
  • Diploma in administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment
