- We are hiring for an Organizational Change Consultant (Contract) to drive high adoption rates of new technologies, low resistance to change, minimal productivity loss during transition, and rapid user competency and enablement.
Requirements
- Prosci/ADKAR certification required. 5+ years in Organizational Change Management for large-scale technology initiatives. Strong expertise in modern OCM practices. Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership and influencing ability (without direct authority). High emotional intelligence and problem-solving capability. Understanding of User-Centered Design. Knowledge of Business Architecture principles.
