About the role

Développeur(euse) BI at Iceberg Finance, shaping data platform and building analytical solutions. Collaborate with agile team using SQL, Python, Spark, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Design real pipelines, build semantic models that are actively used by business teams, and deliver Power BI solutions that drive strategic and operational decisions.
Work with SQL, Python, Spark and Power BI within a small agile team.

Experience: 3+ years in BI development, data integration, or data engineering.
Fabric or Azure data ecosystem: Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric (or strong experience with Azure Synapse/Data Factory and a willingness to become proficient with Fabric quickly).
Power BI expertise: Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), semantic model design, and performance optimization.
Key technical skills: Strong SQL proficiency and comfortable with Python; experience with Spark for data transformation.
Engineering discipline: Comfortable with Git, code reviews, and modern CI/CD workflows.
Desired profile: A curious, structured, and autonomous problem-solver who takes ownership of their projects.
Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in French and English (our documentation and stakeholders are bilingual).
