Responsibilities
Work on a wide variety of litigation matters, both independently and as part of a team
Conduct legal research and prepare legal analyses and opinions
Draft pleadings and other legal documents
Advise and represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters
Collaborate with experienced lawyers on complex cases
Requirements
Member of the Quebec Bar or currently completing the admission process
1–5 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Bilingual in French and English
English proficiency required to work with clients located outside the province
