- 5–7+ years working in production backend environments using Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Strong proficiency with NoSQL databases (i.e MongoDB)
- Experience handling asynchronous workflows using message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS SNS/SQS)
- Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, SNS, SQS)
- Comfortable working across the full stack when needed
